A Personal Note From Me to You

I know that place well — because I’ve lived it.


My Story

I’m Aron Hansen, and I’ve spent my life working in and around blue-collar businesses.

I’ve been in ranching, trucking, repair shops, parts businesses, and retail — not as an observer, but as someone who’s carried the weight of payroll, equipment breakdowns, customer expectations, and long days that don’t always end when you want them to.

I know what it’s like to:

  • Wake up already thinking about the business
  • Feel responsible for employees and their families
  • Carry stress quietly so others don’t feel it
  • Wonder how long you can keep doing it this way

This work shapes you. It changes how you think. And it becomes part of who you are.


Why I Do This Work

At some point, I realized something important:

I’ve seen owners burn out.
